As its name suggests, the retro-style renovated accommodation is located on Victor Hugo Street in the 13th district, near Pozsonyi Road, on the 6th floor of an 8-story residential building. The property features an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet, a kitchenette, a 6-square-meter terrace, a living-bedroom with a double bed, and a dining hall. The entire property is for rent, only you and your friends (or family) will use it! We are available every day, at all hours! We always respond quickly to your messages, but please only call between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. in case of an emergency. The apartment is located in the 13th district, on a quiet street yet close to the vibrant city life. The Danube riverbank is within a short walking distance, as are cafés, restaurants, and shops. Public transportation options are excellent: the M3 metro, buses, and trams are all nearby, making it easy to reach any part of Budapest. Self Check-In Provided! You can enjoy the convenience of self check-in! Parking: Parking is available on the streets in the surrounding area, but it is paid. Parking garages can also be found just a short walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the condominium. Pets: We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed. Parties and Events: Please refrain from hosting parties or events in the apartment. We respect the peace and quiet of our neighbours. EVENTS AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!!!
